What You'll Do

The Engagement Senior Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating wellbeing and engagement initiatives that enhance our Employee Value Proposition, employee wellbeing, inclusion, and overall experience at BCG, focusing on sustainability, wellbeing, local benefits, mental health, accessibility, and diversity. Contributes to the design and implementation of workplace sustainability, and leads the Teaming practice to foster collaboration, inclusivity, and wellbeing among both BST and CT employees. Promotes initiatives that encourage cross-team connection, shared learning, and stronger community within the firm. This role sits at the heart of BCG’s people agenda, ensuring that employees feel supported, valued, and engaged. It provides a unique opportunity to shape and enhance the employee experience in a consulting firm.

 

Engagement and Wellbeing

· Develop and implement wellbeing & engagement strategies across SSA region (Spanish Speaking South America).

· Lead programs focused on mental health, accessibility, and diversity & inclusion in line with regional and global priorities

· Lead internal communication, ensuring timely and empathetic engagement with employees

· Manage logistics for trainings, wellbeing sessions, and other people-focused activities, including venue booking, materials preparation, and attendee coordination

· Prepare presentation materials and decks for all-staff and people-related meetings, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with key messages

· Plan and coordinate wellness activities for employees

· Support employee experience coordinating team celebrations, gifts, and employee recognition activities

· Act as a point of contact for inclusion-related efforts (accessability and diversity)

· Partner with external vendors to manage wellbeing-related services, including vendor selection, contract coordination, invoicing, and payments

· Coordinate and analyze employee surveys; provide actionable insights and recommendations to line managers

· Track and report key engagement and wellbeing metrics, using data to influence strategic decisions

· Collaborate with cross-functional and global People Teams to align local initiatives with firmwide programs and policies

 

Teaming & Sustainability

· Lead the Teaming practice to strengthen collaboration, inclusivity, and sustaianble teams among BST and CT employees.

· Develop and promote programs focused on sustainability, mental health, accessibility, diversity, and local benefits.

· Partner with leadership and HR teams to align engagement efforts with BCG’s people strategy.

· Measure and report on impact of engagement and wellbeing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

 



What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communication, or related fields.6 to 8 years of experience in corporate roles, preferably in human resources, wellbeing, engagement, talent management, and organizational development.Fluent English and Spanish (oral and written)Strong project and time management capabilities; ability to handle multiple initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal influence.Team-oriented, proactive, and people-focused mindset.Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments.Desirable experience with internal communications graphic design.Confident with PowerBI or other analytical tools.
