We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Associate to join our Engagement Operations & Data Quality, Internal Firm Services, team in Athens.   You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges - all while learning, growing, and redefining what’s possible. 

Territory Account Data Steward is a role with significant responsibilities in maintaining data quality locally & globally. The Data Steward is responsible for ensuring the quality of the data maintained in local systems & shared with the Network, establishing processes, controls and actions with respect to Data Governance, Data Quality & Data Maintenance. The role requires a thorough understanding of the territory's local/global system(s) & data in order to be able to successfully support all required Network Standards. Direct reporting & escalation of issues arising to the Systems Data Supervisor.

Your job description:    

Establishing and overseeing Data Governance & Data Quality processes in the territory, i.e.: 

Concentrating on the relevant clients

Transforming data into a client acceptance asset

Preserving the client data value

Increasing the value of client data through combining it with other information

Increasing the usefulness of client data

Protecting client data 

Overseeing the Ownership model and addressing issues arising from Risk Assessment procedures in Source. In particular, Data Steward oversees & ensures proper management of the following activities: 

Alignment of Source account data to support Risk Assessment/validation procedures

Maintenance of DQ in the local ERP system

Management of Territory owned data in Source: Data Quality, Data Enrichment, Territory Ownership, Party Lifecycle

Management of notifications of potential changes from less trusted sources

Management of Source data disputes and resolutions with respect to territory ownership

Support in Salesforce Account management procedures, aligning data to Source requirements, ensuring coherent process flows along with appropriate data quality. 

Overseeing data collection, data enrichment and system records in accordance to the Data Quality & Data Governance Standards, with respect to the following actions: 

Initial Entity setup prior to Entity Acceptance

Update Entity for renewal action on Entity Acceptance

Ongoing management of the data following Entity Acceptance.

0–1-year previous working experience

Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)

Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Ability to implement critical thinking & prioritize

Ability to handle large volume of data

Attention to detail with the ability to participate, communicate and apply knowledge to deliver quality processes in a wide range of projects

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Excellent computer skills, a proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
