Domain: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) / Alcoholic Beverages
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across commercial, supply chain, and analytics functions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into actionable analytics initiatives.
Facilitate regular governance meetings, status updates, and issue resolution sessions.
Domain Expertise – CPG / Alcoholic Beverages
Deep understanding of the CPG industry, especially in the alcoholic beverages segment including route-to-market, pricing, promotions, and trade marketing.
Ability to interpret business challenges and opportunities in commercial functions such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Commercial Function Understanding
Collaborate with commercial teams to analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize trade spend.
Support initiatives around revenue growth management (RGM), pricing strategy, and market segmentation.
Technical Skills
Power BI: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports; enable self-service BI for business users.
Azure Databricks: Hands-on experience in data engineering and analytics workflows; collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build scalable solutions.
Work with large datasets, perform data wrangling, and ensure data quality and governance.
Business Analysis & Agile Delivery
Lead business analysis efforts across multiple workstreams, ensuring clear documentation of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work in Agile teams using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking delivery.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to elicit and validate requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
Strong domain knowledge in CPG and/or Alcoholic Beverages.
Hands-on experience with Power BI and Azure Databricks.
Experience in leading business analysis efforts in Agile environments.
Familiarity with commercial analytics, trade promotion optimization, and sales performance tracking.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Up to $190,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
