What Meetings and Events contributes to Cardinal Health
Strategic Meetings & Events is responsible for the development, planning, and execution of internal and external meetings, events, and trade shows aligned with Cardinal Health’s strategic business and brand objectives. The Engagement Manager, Strategic Meetings and Events Outreach plays a critical role in driving attendance and engagement by identifying, recruiting, and confirming healthcare providers to participate in targeted programs and events.
Location - Fully remote, open to candidates nationwide
Responsibilities
Partner with meeting managers to align recruitment efforts with event logistics and programming.Drive attendance and engagement by identifying, recruiting, and confirming healthcare providers to participate in targeted programs and events.Participate in weekly internal and external planning meetings.Support webinar and virtual event logistics, including attendee communications and technical coordination.Assist with contract and W9 collection for recruited speakers or participants, ensuring compliance.
