We are looking for:Engagement Management Functional Consultant - SAP S4HANA Cloud DeploymentYour future role:Support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployments for PwC internal stakeholders across multiple territories, focusing on engagement management and billing,Ensure that the global SAP template for engagement management and billing is developed and managed efficiently, cost‑effectively and in line with PwC standards,Conduct workshops with internal customers to present engagement management and billing functionalities, understand and document business requirements and identify gaps driven by local legal and regulatory needs,Provide governance on the solution based on best practices and standardized global processes, ensuring alignment with PwC’s global SAP template,Collaborate closely with other deployment teams, architecture, SAP technical teams, SAP support teams (Product team and Level 2) and teams responsible for other integrated global applications across the Client Engagement Value Cycle (CEVC),Take an end‑to‑end perspective on application functionality and solution design across the CEVC,Provide expertise on solutions built on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, demonstrating and explaining configuration and technical rules for engagement management, billing processes and PwC‑specific applications in this area,Prepare technical documentation and presentations and configure, enhance and upgrade SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud applications in the engagement management and billing domain,Explain technical and process dependencies in engagement management and billing and deliver end‑to‑end process demos, including master data dependencies and integrated upstream and downstream systems,Collect business requirements and handle tasks such as issue resolution, configuration changes, production support and implementation activities,Work closely with Product Owners and SMEs on process and functional standardisation and on introducing new S/4HANA functionalities,Provide technical insights into business processes, including role concepts, TOM and SoD, managing system configuration and user access/security in line with corporate guidelines and policies,Create and deliver documentation, training and communication materials related to new features and process changes,Explain and promote the use of existing processes and system logic, including WBS creation and different WBS types, rates master data and integrations, time and expense posting, billing process, organisational hierarchy, posting processes, WIP and revenue recognition, PwC custom applications in engagement management and billing and all relevant master data and contributing systems (e.g. RRM, PMDM),.Apply if you have:Proven experience in SAP engagement management and billing deployment and management,Experience in complex international SAP implementations; experience with cloud solutions is an asset,Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills,Ability to understand and document customer requirements,Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements affecting engagement management and billing,Strong knowledge of cloud integrations and SAP security concepts,Knowledge of API management tools,Strong analytical and synthesis skills focused on solving complex problems,Good understanding of SAP BTP and its components,Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs,Experience ensuring governance and adherence to best practices and standardized processes,Very good knowledge of PwC EMFI SAP solution and experience working in complex environments including Salesforce, Replicon and Concur,Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field,SAP certification or proven experience in relevant areas (EM, SD, PM).Nice to have:Experience in global organisations and distributed teams,Experience in end‑to‑end engagement and billing process optimisation.By joining us you gain:Work flexibility – hybrid working model (min. 2 days in the office per week), flexible start of the day, workation, sabbatical leave,
