Job Description Our client is expanding its national Energy Practice and seeking a Senior Project Manager/Seller-Doer to lead energy projects from concept to completion. This role involves business development, client engagement, and project execution across solar PV, BESS, natural gas, and transmission sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead energy projects and manage permitting, compliance, and technical execution. Develop and grow client relationships, especially with utilities and developers. Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, profitable projects. Support business development through proposals, presentations, and marketing. Provide strategic guidance and leadership on complex project challenges. Skills and Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s (preferred Master’s) in environmental science, engineering, planning, or related field. 10+ years in energy project management, permitting, and business development. Proven success in client engagement and winning new work. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
