Hong Kong District Cooling Company Limited (HKDC), a subsidiary of Veolia Hong Kong & Macau, operates the District Cooling System in Kai Tak Development and manages HVAC systems across major sites. HKDC drives sustainable urban development with energy-efficient cooling solutions.

Job DescriptionCoordination with internal/external stakeholders to acquire all necessary data for processPrepare regular energy reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly) for chiller plants, data centres and buildingsConduct regular energy analysisIdentify any energy saving opportunities and offer preliminary technical adviceProvide any on-site support directed by energy / line managerPrepare plans and implementation work of energy saving projects, AI projects and innovative projectsCoordination with sub-contractor to monitor progress and quality of energy saving projects, AI projects and innovative projectsApply company and government health and safety policies and procedures for all projects and on-site works

QualificationsBachelor Degree or above in Energy Science & Engineering / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalentPossession of a valid driving license is an advantageGood interpersonal, communication and technical presentation skills; Good command in written and spoken in English and ChineseGood command in written and spoken in English and Chinese

Additional Information

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical systemAble to take lead on recommendations on energy conversation measuresAble to work independently, self-motivated result-oriented and with strong sense of responsibilityFamiliar with IPMVP Protocol and/or qualified IPMVP/PMVA/CEM professional will be an advantageRCx practitioner or RCx Pro will be an advantageFamiliar with Python program for data analysis will be an advantageProfessional membership from a relevant organization will be an advantage
