**As a CBRE Energy and Sustainability Consultant, you will oversee the development and execution of small to medium sized energy management programs.**
**This job is part of the Energy and Sustainability function. They are responsible for the development and implementation**
**of environmental and social sustainability programs.**
**What You’ll Do:**
• Assist in sustainability consulting for multiple facility types to help meet goals. Create sustainability, resilience,
and smart energy plans for multiple facility types.
• Identify basic operational improvements through the implementation of opportunities to improve energy and
sustainability performance.
• Support sustainability goals and implement energy resilience strategies and programs.
• Review data and interpretation of energy and sustainability reports.
• Integrate knowledge of energy procurement and new technologies with the global energy and sustainability
platform to drive improved energy and sustainability performance.
• Present periodic energy and sustainability status and variance reports from collected energy, waste, and water
data.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex
assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job
disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and
convince others to reach an agreement.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
• Review data and interpretation of energy and sustainability reports.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights within energy consumption and sustainability data, informing solution design and performance optimization.
**What You Will Need:**
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with proficient Excel skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Polish language skills are an asset.
• Experience in the FM industry is an asset.
•Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles, renewable energy technologies, and sustainability best practices.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
