The Siemens Energy Omnivise Energy and
Fleet Management Solution turn technical and economic complexity into
increased profits and decreased emissions for our customers. As the **Energyand Fleet Management Solution Analyst** you will contribute to the design,
communication, and delivery of the full solution lifecycle to solve customer
problems. You’ll apply your deep energy market knowledge to solution the right
approach for our customers by combining multiple products to achieve bigger
outcomes. You will communicate how we help achieve customer goals by maintaining sales release materials and
PLM requirements for our solutions, developing a comprehensive suite of
materials to enable sales, and leveraging customer stories to architect journey
maps and use cases. You’ll work on a cross-functional, global team and directly
with customers to make sure that the solutions we develop are always
customer-first and scale broadly.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
· Support
product management, including key Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) steps, by
maintaining and updating solution materials that reflect current features and
market positioning.
· Develop,
manage, and measure effectiveness of sales enablement content (presentations,
whitepapers, case studies) to drive commercial success and address industry use
cases such as data centers.
· Collaborate
with sales and customer success teams to support customer solutioning and offer
development.
· Solve
customer challenges that involve high technical and economic complexity, such
as identifying opportunities for optimization across diverse energy systems
including hybrid fleets, complex combined cycle operations, and pure renewable
fleets.
· Conduct
market, regulatory, and competitor research to inform product strategy and
customer messaging.
· Apply
deep knowledge of North American electricity markets and trends to guide
product roadmap and solution relevance for multiple use cases, including data
centers.
**What You Bring**
+ Bachelor’s degree required;Master’s or MBA preferred. Certifications in AI or product strategy are aplus.
+ 5+ years in energy sectorconsulting, energy-related product management, or solution advisory roles.
+ Deep understanding and somedemonstrated experience in North American electricity markets, NorthAmerican power generation configurations, regulatory trends, and customerneeds.
+ Strong technical writing andpresentation skills; able to create compelling sales and marketingmaterial.
+ Collaborative mindset withexperience working across R&D, sales, finance, and product developmentteams.
+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

**Gas Services**
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission
power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission
power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and
generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings,
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

This
job [is/may be] based in District of Columbia. Siemens Energy offers a

The base salary range for this position in District of Columbia is $93,400.00-$133,400.00
and the annual incentive target is 10% of base salary.
Specific
offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills,
certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at
the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s
qualifications.
