Energy Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible to drive the delivery of contract administration and invoice management for our Finance Service Centre team to ensure efficient management of the Accounts Payable process and efficient resolution of issues.

About the role:

As part of the Finance team within the Portfolio Service Centre (PSC), this role will help drive the delivery of contract administration and invoice management for our Finance Service Centre team to ensure efficient management of the Accounts Payable process and efficient resolution of issues.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

Utilities reporting (including late fees, GAP reporting, pending landlord processing).

Resolving utilities accounts payable exceptions.

Processing reconciliations of utilities and council accounts.

Efficient management of accounts payable queries.

Stakeholder engagement with efficient resolution of issues.

About you:

Experience with JDE preferred.

Must be an Australian Citizen due to security clearance for the role.

Experience in Accounts Payable required.

Experience in utilities processing desirable.

Advanced Excel skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to run and interpret reports.

Ability to identify areas for process improvement.

Ability to manage stakeholders to achieve goals.

Ability to understand systems and data issues.

Ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines.
