Airswift has been tasked by one of our key clients to source an Endpoint Management Specialist to join their team in Brussels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization in the heart of Europe, within their Digital Workplace department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing enterprise endpoint environments using Microsoft technologies. Job Description

As an Endpoint Management Specialist, you will support and enhance the organization’s Microsoft Endpoint Management ecosystem (SCCM and Intune). You will work on automation, application deployment, compliance, and lifecycle management of Windows clients, contributing to a robust and secure digital workplace environment. Key Responsibilities Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments. Automate endpoint tasks and application deployment using PowerShell. Implement and manage security baselines and software updates. Create and maintain technical documentation. Log and manage support requests through Omnitracker. Provide operational reports and suggest continuous improvement initiatives. Support internal users and collaborate across teams to ensure endpoint performance and stability. Technical Requirements Fluent in French, Dutch, and English. Expertise in Microsoft Intune and SCCM. Strong knowledge of software packaging and PowerShell scripting. Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Awareness of endpoint security best practices. Familiarity with: App Deploy Toolkit PowerShell Universal Chocolatey Patch My PC Azure Entra ID Virtualization tools (VMware, vSphere) Omnitracker Relevant certifications are a plus. Understanding of ITIL principles is advantageous. Soft Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail, especially in scripting and system configuration. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Adaptability to changing tools and environments. A customer-focused mindset, ensuring a smooth end-user experience.
