Endpoint Engineer-Remote
Job Description This role is positioned to help enhance the user experience of IT services by providing an understanding of user requirements and the technologies and processes employed to meet them within the endpoint management space; Focused in the areas of Endpoint/Device Management and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, along with how these integrate with other IT services within the enterprise. Skills and Requirements  • Subject matter expertise in MDM, MEM, and VDI systems. • Subject matter expertise in SCCM/MECM (Task Sequence Creation, Application and Package Creation, Baseline Configuration, Custom Reporting, OSD, Patching). • Subject matter expertise in InTune (Patching, Configuration Policies, Conditional Access). • Subject matter expertise in a Co-Managed environment with a Cloud Mgmt Gateway and Autopilot configuration. • Subject matter expertise GPO/GPP, Windows 10/11, iOS/Android, FSLogix, Entra, AVD, and WSUS. • Focus on the big picture and be able to dive into the details. • Create solutions to business challenges. • Drive from the conceptual to the operational and work with Engineers to implement. • Evaluate risk and technical debt, offering options and solutions to continually improve. • Create and maintain technical and process documentation. • Continually research new technologies and collaborate with Engineers and Leadership in strategic planning efforts. • Strive to define, evaluate, and facilitate the adoption of emergent technologies and process improvement initiatives. • Manage ticketing escalations and associated SLAs. • 7+ Years supporting SCCM or other Device Management Platforms. • 3+ Years InTune or other MDM Platforms. • 3+ Years supporting VDI (AVD, Citrix) • 10+ Years supporting Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems Administration (Windows 7/10/11) with migration experience from one version to another. • Exceptional skillset in automation using PowerShell and MS Graph. • Proficiency in Active Directory/OU/GPO/GPP Management.
