Responsibilities:
Use various diagnostic tests to determine the condition of patients’ teethStudy patient records, including dental histories, and x-rays to develop treatment plansDiscuss treatment plans and cost estimates with patientsPerforming non-surgical root canals, endodontics surgery, apicoectomies, anterior, posterior treatments.Instruct assistants on endodontic procedures and techniquesCollaborate with other specialists, such as dentists and oral surgeons, to coordinate endodontic services within the overall treatment plan.Educating patients on on-going care and explaining proper oral hygiene methods for good oral healthComprehensive documentation of patient visit, including but not limited to patient consents, clinically appropriate x-rays, medical history review, occlusion assessment, complete patient notes by end of day etc. Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited US program with Advanced education in Endodontics.Excellent proficiency and knowledge of requisite procedural skillsActive and Unrestricted State Dental LicenseDEA license as required.Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to startingSuperb dexterity and hand-eye coordinationExcellent knowledge of Microsoft SuiteExcellent organizational skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsGreat interpersonal skills.Lead with a positive attitude, calm approach, fairness, and consistency________________________________________
