Experience in the evaluation and longitudinal management of obesity-related metabolic disease is highly desirable, including familiarity with anti-obesity pharmacotherapy, multidisciplinary care models, and metabolic risk reduction. Dual training or certification in Obesity Medicine is welcomed but not required. In addition, the Division of Endocrinology has a broad clinical focus that includes bone and parathyroid disorders, pituitary, gonadal and adrenal disorders, metabolic bone disease, transgender and intersex care, diabetes technology, and inpatient diabetes management. Ranked #10 in the United States in 2025 by U.S. News & World Report, the division currently consists of eight physicians and eight advanced practitioners engaged in a busy clinical practice, research, and education. The division is home to a ACGME accredited 2-years Endocrinology Fellowship.
