End-User Computing Support Analyst
Job Description Insight Global is currently looking for an End-User Computing Support Analyst for a top financial client in the Des Moines area. This person will sit on-site 5 days a week. They will be troubleshooting hardware and software related issues. Most of their work will be spent with internal employees. They will be taking drop in appointments to employees with various technology-related issues. 50% of the role will handle hardware assistance and 50% will handle software installations, updates, etc. The hourly pay for this role is between $20-$25/hr.
