End User Account Manager -Hunter (CPG)
Mumbai
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager (FAP + Hunter) The expectation of the Sales Account Manager role is to execute business plans in Automation Control System, MES/MPC/IIOT/AR/VR/FTIS, LV/MV Drives, LV/MV MCC) & Large projects/Contracts from Large Accounts with Delivery model direct / indirect bring sales growth in the assigned industries.
You will navigate the complex ecosystem of Enduser, SI, OEM, EPC and consultant to influence the specification and sell Rockwell Automation value proposition. Incumbent for this role will focus on hunting and growing account packages with the following characteristics:
Generating business with new customersCompetitive conversion, little to no flow100% of time should be converting accountsYou will report to Sales Leader End-user - CPG follow a hybrid working schedule in Mumbai, India
Your responsibilities
Achieve allocated sales target in products, services and solutions by negotiating and bringing opportunities to closure while working with the broader matrixed Rockwell Automation sales teams and partners.Growth in existing account and acquisition of competition / new accounts.Improvement in customer satisfaction for assigned account packages.Develop strategic account plans for assigned accounts through disciplined planning and sales execution process.Lead the relevant stakeholders, internal and partners (Distributors, System Integrators, OEMs) in the execution of every tactical actions in pursuit of the strategic goals defined in the Account Plans.Spend at least 70% of time in customer-facing activities to support account plans.Adopt our disciplined approach to managing sales opportunities and front log using available sales tools.Ensure customer satisfaction through contacts / visits and company sponsored surveys. Resolve customer issues.Analyse current business levels against allocated sales target and provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts.Stay current on Industry trends, competitors, market drivers and RA offerings.Perform any other relevant responsibilities as and when assigned by ManagerThe Essentials - You Will Have:
Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.Good knowledge in FMCG / CPG industry.Experience in an industrial production environment, involved in the delivery of solution-based outcomes10 or more years of experience as sales account managerThe Preferred - You Might Also Have
