This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Test Lead to manage and oversee testing activities across complex technology portfolios. This role requires strong expertise in test strategy, planning, execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Develop and implement end-to-end test strategies for multiple applications and integrated systems.
• Lead test planning, execution, defect management, and release testing activities.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, risks, and issues across projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment on testing objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on test results to improve quality and reduce risk.
• Utilize tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, and automation frameworks for test management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in testing.
• Mentor and guide junior testers and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams as needed.
• Proven experience in end-to-end test management for large-scale, complex technology portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, defect reporting, and release testing.
• Hands-on experience with HP ALM, JIRA, and automation tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to oversee cross-functional testing efforts and manage dependencies across multiple applications.
• Domain expertise in banking or financial systems is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance testing in financial services.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing concepts.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000–$130,000. This role is an existing vacancy.**
