**Job Description:**
We are looking for a **End to End program manager** (PMO)
**Position summary**
You will support the Site Transformation, Strategy & Innovation Director to translate the Geel transformation program into operational routines, governance and measurable outcomes. Provide program management and governance for strategic initiatives and drive cross‑functional stakeholder alignment across all functional areas. Measure and report on value creation, adoption, ROI and operational impact while ensuring regulatory & quality compliance; present concise updates and recommendations to site leadership and flag risks and mitigation actions. Lift internal project and program management capabilities in the Geel organisation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Consolidate site-level strategy into 1 holistic, integrated program with project portfolio of Capital and Business projects. Ensure each program/project directly supports site’s strategic objectives (safety, quality, capacity expansion, cost, sustainability, time-to-market).
+ Provide PMO activities in planning, milestone management, risk/issues tracking, resource management, dependency management, status reporting and meeting cadences. In this role you will coach other’s while also executing PMO activities yourself
+ Drive stakeholder alignment across site leadership, plant operations, engineering, quality, corporate functions, and external stakeholders through effective communication and governance.
+ Identify, assess, and mitigate program- and portfolio-level risks (technical, schedule, financial, supply chain, resource). Maintain contingency and business continuity/interdependency planning for critical initiatives.
+ Build PMO capability across the site by training, coaching, mentoring of project managers and SME’s. Further develop existing processes & governance models, drive best practices (standardised processes, templates, digital tools).
+ Prepare and present concise updates and strategic recommendations to site leadership. Ensure full integration in the existing Site transformation program communication
**Qualifications**
+ Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field (MBA, MSc).
+ 8+ years of relevant experience in program management, project delivery, management consulting, corporate strategy, or PMO roles—ideally with exposure to life sciences / pharmaceuticals. Experience in (chemical) site Operations is considered a plus.
+ Proven record leading end-to-end strategic projects and delivering measurable business outcomes. Demonstrated ability to operate as a PMO: project planning, resource management, budgets, status reporting, and risk mitigation
+ Strategic and analytical thinking; ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations. This combined with a pragmatic attitude and focus on fast impact
+ Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to site leadership
+ Change management and adoption planning skills. Strong collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills
