The E2E Planning Manager will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning strategies that address portfolio optimization and supply chain network changes in support of project HitNext goals. The E2E Planning Manager reports to the End to End Planning Senior Manager. Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: **Key Responsibilities:** + Drives a robust process and drumbeat to manage business rules and planning parameters to enable an input-driven E2E Planning process based on current supply chain capabilities. + Manages projects, programs, or processes for the end-to-end planning area **.** + Evaluates the multi-echelon impact of supply disruptions and recommends prioritized actions to resolve and balance all relevant trade-offs. + Drives communication through S&OP processes to ensure cross functional alignment on proposed optimal scenario and ensures S&OP decisions are implemented. + Ensures E2E Planning team engagement in IBP / S&OP Processes to provide transparency of risks and opportunities to drive profitable trade-off decisions. + Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. + Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making." **Required:** + Minimum of a Bachelor’s and/or equivalent University Degree required. + Minimum of 6 years of experience in Planning or working exposure to planning systems like JDE, SAP is required. + Minimum of 6 years of overall business experience within one or more of the following functions: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Logistics, or Analytics is required. + Deep understanding of E2E supply chain principles, financial processes, and demand/supply analytics. + Knowledge of deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates. + Strong ability to develop strategic partnerships and influence cross-functional teams at all levels. + Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive process improvements, and deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment. + Ability to lead multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and operate independently with a high degree of reliability. **Preferred:** + Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.). + Prior experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
