Founded in 2015, with over 50,000+ 5-star product reviews, we are growing fast as we expand our reach both online and in-stores.

We are looking for an End to End Supply Chain Senior Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain for a few of the Native product categories.

In This Role, You’ll Get To:

Manage and optimize supply chains for assigned product categories:Packing componentsScreen printing/decoratingRaw material planningDemand vs Capacity optimizationOwn & develop relationship for assigned suppliers & Contract ManufacturersFinished good inventory managementWork cross-functionally across various teams including R&D, Pack Dev, QA, Purchasing TeamsDevelop & implement process improvements within Native OPs for:New product launchesOverall process efficienciesMaintain >98% Case Fill Rate averages by product form

Job Qualifications

Required

5+ years of Product Operations, Supply Chain or Inventory Planning experience is preferredStrong background in supply chains, data analysis, forecasting and demand planningA self-driven, highly motivated, bias towards action skill setStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience working for a tangible product lineExperience working in SAPExperience working with Excel/Google Sheets and/or project management tools

Pay Range: $105,000 - $154,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
