This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain for a few of the Native product categories. In This Role, You’ll Get To: + Manage and optimize supply chains for assigned product categories: + Packing components + Screen printing/decorating + Raw material planning + Demand vs Capacity optimization + Own & develop relationship for assigned suppliers & Contract Manufacturers + Finished good inventory management + Work cross-functionally across various teams including R&D, Pack Dev, QA, Purchasing Teams + Develop & implement process improvements within Native OPs for: + New product launches + Overall process efficiencies + Maintain >98% Case Fill Rate averages by product form Job Qualifications Required + 5+ years of Product Operations, Supply Chain or Inventory Planning experience is preferred + Strong background in supply chains, data analysis, forecasting and demand planning + A self-driven, highly motivated, bias towards action skill set + Strong project management and organizational skills + Experience working for a tangible product line + Experience working in SAP + Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets and/or project management tools Pay Range: $105,000 - $154,000 Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
