This role is part of our corporate team, a central hub for Thales Australia. It’s where our shared services – think finance, legal, HR, procurement – come together to make sure all teams across Australia have access to the business services they need. Cross-functional collaboration helps us build out Thales’ capabilities – and helps us open up new career opportunities for employees all across the business.

YOUR ROLE
Be part of a squad that is focused on creating a high-performance culture, resulting in delivering customer excellence.
Maintain and administer the Thales Desktop SOE image and associated Group Polices, the Print Server Environment and the In Tune/SCCM platform including deployment of software and patching to end users.
Maintain & monitor the security of the Thales End Point environment.
Problem Management including the identification of Problems through the analysis of Incidents.
Identify and participate in the Continued Service Improvement Program (CSIP) for End User Compute including automation.
Operate within established framework of ITIL processes such as Change, Release, Incident, Problem management and Agile.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology
ITIL Foundations certificate highly regarded
Industry certifications such as Comptia A+, AZ-900, AZ-104 highly regarded though not mandatory
Understanding and experience in End-user device management and cyber security best practices
Strong customer focus and service-orientated behaviour
