Enablement Leader - Foundever Digital Services
Job Summary

The Enablement Leader drives the development and implementation of enablement strategies that support innovation, operational excellence, and the digital transformation of Foundever’s services. This role ensures alignment between market trends, internal capabilities, and partner ecosystems, with a strong focus on digital tools, Salesforce CRM, and CCaaS platforms like Genesys.

Key Responsibilities

Partner & Solution Enablement

Serve as the primary business contact for key partners within assigned digital solution areas. Manage partner agreements, project-specific POs, and pricing in collaboration with Legal, Procurement, and Solutions. Align partner efforts with Technical Experts, Delivery Leads, and Market stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date enablement materials, including battle cards, pricing tools, and playbooks. Facilitate internal community engagement through demos, webinars, and product updates.

Go-to-Market & Value Proposition

Support the development of go-to-market plans and partner value propositions with regional PODs, Marketing, CSOs, and Sales.
Ensure enablement materials and delivery strategies meet market-specific requirements.

Playbooks & Training

Create and maintain Executive, Operational, and Delivery Playbooks tailored to NA and EMEA. Partner with CI and Delivery teams to ensure adoption and understanding of playbooks. Coordinate with L&D for the development of enablement training in My Academy.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

Collaborate with Product and Growth Marketing to produce business cases and sales tools. Regularly align with Marketing and Sales to prioritize content needs and delivery timelines.

Operational Impact & Innovation

Lead pilot initiatives and tool assessments (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys) to evaluate operational performance and adoption. Conduct in-person and remote assessments across regions to identify optimization opportunities. Liaise between Practice Experts, CI, and Market Delivery teams to share insights and drive improvements. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and new technologies to inform enablement strategy. Identify new partnerships, services, and enhancements based on market and operational needs.

 

Key Competencies Strategic thinking with strong business alignment. Digital fluency, especially in CX, automation, AI, and CRM/CCaaS ecosystems. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across global teams. Data-driven, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments. Collaborative leadership and the ability to influence across functions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related field. 5+ years in project management and cross-functional coordination. 5+ years in partnership management, including contract negotiation and pricing. Strong BPO and Digital Services experience. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and CCaaS platforms (Genesys preferred). Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
