**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
The EMT is responsible for:
+ the pre-hospital care and transportation of citizens in the Breckenridge Ambulance Service’s primary service area (PSA) and surrounding PSA’s as requested through mutual aid
+ equipment checks and basic maintenance of the vehicle
+ keeping records of the vehicle use and patient contacts through the MNStar data forms
+ continual evaluation and improvement of their skills as an EMT and our Service to the community
**Job Requirements**
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must maintain EMT licensure with the EMSRB (NREMT is not a requirement)
Must have clean driving history or history reviewed by management for approval
Must have valid drivers license and must be submitted

**Pay Range**
$11.13 - $18.26 /hour
