EMR Integration Specialist
EMR Integration Specialist Duties: This role supports the implementation of a population health tool (Azara), transitioning EMR connections from a legacy vendor. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal project teams and external practices, troubleshooting data issues, ensuring connector setup, and maintaining project timelines. The specialist will work closely with the vendor, practices, and leadership, including direct manager, to ensure successful integration and data quality. Training involves onboarding to the project, vendor meetings, and calls with practices and value-based payment groups. Qualifications: MUST have a minimum of 1 year of experience Experience with EMR systems and clinical data workflows Ability to analyze and validate data, including Excel-based testing Familiarity with clinical quality measures (e.g., HEDIS, coding standards) Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and trends Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience is prioritized Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
