Andaz Lisbon is looking for a Waiter/ Waitress to join its team
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering personalized, thoughtful, and high‑quality service that reflects the Andaz spirit and creates memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
· Perform complete opening and closing duties for your station
· Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
· Assist and guide guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring comfort and attentiveness
· Ensure all materials, equipment, and service tools are in excellent condition
· Monitor dining areas (lunch/dinner) to ensure availability, organization, safety, and guest well‑being
· Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
· Maintain a polished, professional personal appearance in line with Andaz standards
· Protect proprietary and confidential information and safeguard company assets
· Monitor the guest experience throughout the meal, anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly
· Acknowledge and welcome all guests according to company standards
· Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
· Answer phone calls using proper etiquette and service standards
· Build and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships
· Meet all quality assurance expectations and brand service standards

· Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
· Previous experience in luxury hotels or restaurants, ideally within lifestyle hospitality
· Technical training or courses in hospitality, gastronomy, or related fields are a plus
