?? Position Details: School-Based Physical Therapist (PT)
The School-Based Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting comprehensive student evaluations and delivering therapy services tailored to each student’s individualized plan of care. When applicable, services will follow physician orders. The PT will document all care accurately, collaborate with school staff, and support student success through mobility, motor development, and functional skill improvement.
? Minimum Requirements
+ Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
+ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
+ 1 year of professional PT experience preferred (school experience a plus)
+ Adherence to all professional standards of practice
+ CPR certification, if required
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, as applicable
+ Current health certificate, per state or contract guidelines
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Full-Time Position: 37.5 hours per week
+ Consistent weekday schedule aligned with the school calendar
Part Time Position: est. 18 hours per week
+ Servicing 30-35 Students
