Employment Tribunals Support Specialist
You will be the key support for front line management of complex employee relations cases, demonstrating expertise in this field.
Be responsible for coordinating and gathering all relevant information, documents, and evidence for ACAS conciliation and employment tribunal defence, as well as the drafting of some documents including witness statements, and some hearing attendance.
Support the Culture function to build a proactive approach to the management of dispute resolution.
Collate and analyse data, insight and trends to inform future activity, ensuring this is shared with the Colleague Propositions team to inform development of their portfolio.
You will develop mediation capability in the organisation to support with informal resolution, broadening the scope of support for informal case management.
Leverage technology and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery within the Culture function. 
Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve service quality, and drive cost-effective solutions that benefit both employees and the business. 
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation that drives our business growth agenda and creates and maintains a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications & Experience• CIPD Qualified – employment law focus• Experience of handling ACAS early conciliations• Experience of supporting end to end employment tribunal • Experience of supporting settlement agreements, suspension and dismissal• Business partnering experience in a complex organisation• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice• Understanding of ACAS codes of conduct.• Experience of supporting medium – high risk complex cases• Experience working in a team environment, building relationships and influencing key partners, demonstrating ability to get results through collaboration• Experience of using data and analytics to drive insight and change • Strong interpersonal skills across all levels. • Experience in working with a broad range of individuals and organisations
