Become part of our team and join our mission to make life healthier for everyone in our community! **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** + Provide outreach and marketing of all program services related to hiring persons with disabilities. Assist other staff with job placement and provide direct service to assigned clients. + Under general direction, assist in the development of new and/or expanded programs relating to employment of persons with disabilities. Provide outreach and marketing of all Program services. Represent the Program to community organizations/task forces, etc. Regularly work within an interdisciplinary team environment. + Carry a caseload of clients as assigned by the Director or Manager. Under general direction, coordinate job development, placement, training and continued employment of assigned clients. Work with employers, parents, agencies and other support personnel to assure successful and equitable employment for clients with disabilities. + Make presentations to employers, vocational rehabilitation counselors or other groups in order to promote hiring of individuals with disabilities. Conduct cold calls to generate additional employer contacts, inform employers of Program services and discuss incentives to hire clients. Participate in job fairs, attend Chamber of Commerce meetings or other service organizations to market and make employer contacts. Refer contacts to program staff as appropriate. Participate in the development of overall program brochures and other marketing materials. + Regularly participate on interdisciplinary teams composed of employers, consumers, and/or community members for the purpose of increasing the employment options for persons with disabilities. + Maintain data base of clients and develop reports related to attainment of program revenue goals, assuring that billing is accurate and routinely reviewed and reporting program outcomes for tracking purposes to assure maintenance of program goals and to assure that reports meet the standards of outside accrediting agencies. + Maintain program related materials and supplies and analyze the need for and purchase of any needed supplies. + Participate in program development and marketing projects as assigned by the Clinical Director and/or Manager. **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree in special education, psychology, rehabilitation, vocational counseling, or related field AND one year of experience as an Employment Training Specialist I.
