Work Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm (40 hours)\n

A Day in the Life of an Employment Services Supervisor: \n

As a full-time Employment Services Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and enhancing employment-related services for individuals across diverse settings. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the effectiveness of these services, and you will take charge of the daily operations of assigned programs, driving success and making a meaningful impact in the community.\n\nOversees the provision of employment services to individuals as assigned by Employment Services Manager\nAssures adequate staffing to meet individual needs as identified in plans related employment and overall health and safety.\nWorks collaboratively with the Vocational Plan Coordinator to review and ensure that individual Prevocational Plans reflect the person's individualized needs and personal goals, and conforms to valued outcomes stated in the person's Life Plan. \nReviews and ensures that service delivery documentation is completed contemporaneously and includes all elements required by the regulations and guidance for service provision and billing. \nParticipates in program audits and responds to results, guaranteeing the examination and correction of urgent findings, as well as systemic processes and monitoring mechanisms. \nCollaborates with the agency's Central Intake Coordinator to assess acceptable program enrollments and ensure all required documentation is obtained prior to inclusion in the program. \n\n

Who We Are Looking For: \n\nAssociates Degree with one year of supervisory experience in the field of intellectual\/developmental disabilities.\nOther combinations of education and experience may be considered. \nAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise\nAbility to motivate teams\n\n
