Employment Law Attorney
Job Description A client in the Woodland Hills area is seeking an Employment Law Attorney to join their team. This Firm is known for work life balance and a great culture. In this role you will be focused on employment law including wage and hour litigation and understanding PAGA. In addition, you will be responsible for defending employment related claims and advising on company strategies. Additional Responsibilities Include:  · Lead and manage employment litigation matters, particularly wage and hour disputes.  · Handle PAGA claims and represent the company in related proceedings.  · Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on case strategy.  · Draft legal documents, pleadings, and responses.  · Provide guidance on employment law compliance and risk mitigation.  · Support discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Open to candidates from the plaintiff side, provided they are committed to transitioning to defense. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. PAGA claims experience
