Employment Associate | Leading Regional Firm | Nottingham A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Associate to join a highly regarded regional law firm in Nottingham. The Role You'll join a well-established Employment team acting for a broad range of clients across the private and public sectors. The role will involve: · Advising on a full spectrum of employment matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, TUPE, and discrimination issues. · Managing a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. · Supporting partners on complex Employment Tribunal litigation and business-critical advisory work. · Contributing to client training and business development initiatives. About You · Qualified solicitor with ideally between 2-6 years' PQE in Employment Law. · Respondent experience is preferred, ideally gained in a leading regional, national or City firm. · A strong technical grounding, commercial awareness, and an interest in building long-term client relationships. · Confident communicator, team player, and someone who enjoys both advisory and contentious aspects of employment work.
