Profile: Active college student of Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related
Qualifications: Graduation date between June 2026 and June 2027.
As Employer Branding Intern in the Talent team:
Support local attraction and employment branding strategy for P&G MX, based on data analytics and market understanding
Making strategic choices on recruitment tools and resources that yield a high return of investment for the business
Work closely with our recruiters to develop an understanding of hiring needs
You will coordinate and collaborate with University teams consisting of great talent from different functions to deliver attraction and sourcing initiatives: events, job fairs, programs and many more
Support on the design & execution of employment brand campaigns
Supports local teams to create initiatives and action plans in line with the projected needs of the business and in line with the strategic plan for attraction and recruitment
Support local recruiters to develop digital strategies for strategic recruitment and optimization based on data

Job Qualifications
Active university student of Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related
Advanced English level, B2+ or above.
Effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
Effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds to generate effective rapport
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Learning agility / resilience– able to learn on the job in a rapidly changing environment
