Employer Branding and Social Media Specialist (m/f)

Job Description & Summary

We are looking for a colleague to join our team who is passionate about employer branding. Your role will involve not only communicating with our various departments at PwC and colleagues directly from the business but also and mainly develop, implement and execute strategies that attract and retain top talent. You will also be the administrator of our social media accounts and work closely with the internal HC department. You will actively contribute to employer branding activities.  

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity, employer branding know-how and talent attraction insights to communicate our company's culture, values, and vision effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Employer Brand Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously improve employer branding strategies to attract top talent, align with business goals, and differentiate PwC in the competitive job market. 

Content Creation: Create and curate compelling content that reflects the company’s culture, values, and mission. This may include blog posts, social media content, employee stories, and other marketing materials. 

Social Media Management: Oversee and enhance PwC’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other recruitment-focused platforms. Foster engagement with current and potential employees. 

Employee Advocacy: Collaborate with internal teams to encourage employees to share their positive experiences and become brand ambassadors. 

Recruitment Marketing: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns that highlight PwC as an employer of choice. 

Survey and Feedback Analysis: Conduct employee satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and incorporate employee feedback into branding efforts. 

Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to refine and improve strategies. 

Partnerships and Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with universities, industry events to promote PwC's employer brand.  Coordinate employer branding events such as job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events. Represent the company at industry events and career fairs. 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. 

4+ years of experience in employer branding / talent acquisition / recruitment marketing in advertising agency or another related field. 

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation tools. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair. 

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. 

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

Experience with employer brand research and analytics is a plus.

Start date: Upon agreement

Contract type: Full-time

Wage (gross): 2200 EUR/month (final salary depends on candidate's experience)
