We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive HR Systems Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for supporting the global and local DBS ES digitalization roadmap in close relationship with One DBS ES, HR, and IT HR. Additionally, they will contribute to HR digitalization projects and take the lead on managing downstream infrastructure and process impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the global and local DBS ES digitalization roadmap.Contribute to HR digitalization projects and lead the management of infrastructure and process impact.Provide support and assist local DBS ES and HR teams on tool requests and projects.Perform process analyses and simplification, animating local and global DBS ES and HR users on tools and processes.Ensure effective access management on global and local HR systems, maintaining process documentation: process flows, business process descriptions, knowledge base articles.Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Advise on access management rules for core HR and police the correct usage of accesses.Project & Change Management:
Develop and track detailed plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution plans.Manage the end-to-end project life cycle for HR programs.Maintain project documentation.Communicate changes that may impact end users.Stakeholders:
Deliver training sessions/knowledge transferring and webinars dedicated to HR systems and processes.Actively manage stakeholders across ES, IT, and HR.A successful candidate will have:
6-7 years of experience in HRIS platforms and technical management of those platforms.Project management skills and knowledge of methodologies (Agile scrum or similar) and tools to manage complex projects.Service-oriented mindset and customer centricity.Analytical mindset.Flexibility and ability to effectively manage changes.Matrix organization experience and ability to work in an unstructured environment.Continuous improvement skills.English proficency (works with US in daily basis)At Danone, we work to make a vision come true: "One Planet, One Health."
