POSITION OBJECTIVE

Analyze information on metrics related to operational staff to share the information with our clients and understand trends to make informed decisions.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate metrics analysis related to operational staff turnover and absenteeism.

Document department-related processes.

Analyze exit surveys.

Help implement these new processes across all business units.

Support process automation.

Knowledge of Google tools

Knowledge of Microsoft tools

Assertive communication

Focus on serving people

STUDENT BENEFITS: 

Knowledge of labor relations, the Federal Labor Law, working conditions, dealings with unions, legislation, and best practices through work experience.

EDUCATION

Final-year students of Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.

Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

English advanced (Min. 80%)
