Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist
Join our dynamic team as an Employee Relations Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in handling a variety of employee cases and influencing successful outcomes within company policy. Responsibilities
+ Influence Managers and Employees toward successful outcomes in conflict situations.
+ Handle Employee Relations cases including behavioral or performance concerns and assist managers with corrective processes.
+ Respond to reports of harassment or discrimination.
+ Effectively, accurately, and confidentially maintain all HR/ER data.
+ Lead monthly or quarterly meetings with Managers and Team Leads on employee relations topics, propose action plans, and help implement actions effectively.
+ Facilitate and conduct local training programs developed from the L&D group locally or globally.
+ Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback on trends.
+ Advise members and managers on policy and intervene when necessary for sabbatical, STD/FMLA, and member questions about policy.
+ Support various change management initiatives.
+ Execute terminations related to ER cases.
+ Maintain policies on harassment, code of conduct, complaint policy, and disciplinary action policy.
+ All other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations and Human Resources.
+ Experience in handling employee relations cases.
+ Investigation experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
+ Preferred SHRM CP Certification.
+ Preferred Investigation Certification.
Work Environment
Enjoy a fantastic PTO package, flexible and hybrid working options, and a newly upgraded office. The role requires a hybrid work schedule with 8 days per month on-site, including mandatory Tuesdays. Core business hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility. There is also potential for extensions or conversion to other HR roles based on performance

This is a Contract position based out of Wayne, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.00/hr.
