Employee Relations Partner
Sage
We’re building a more proactive, strategic approach to Employee Relations at Sage. Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, you’ll help transform Employee Relations at Sage North America from a reactive function to a trusted, proactive resource - advising on risk, enabling manager development, and supporting a values-led, high performance culture.
As an Employee Relations Partner supporting our U.S. and Canadian workforce, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor to People Managers - coordinating and managing a range of Employee Relations (ER) activities, while also supporting compliance owners in delivering key programs and processes. You’ll help identify and drive improvements that strengthen the colleague experience and promote healthy, long-term relationships between Sage and its people. You’ll also collaborate closely with the broader People team to ensure that policies and processes are fit for purpose, consistently applied, and continuously improved. Acting as a craft expert on ER matters across North America, you’ll provide proactive, knowledgeable, and timely guidance to help leaders make informed people decisions.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll be part of a People team that’s shifting toward a more strategic, forward-thinking model of support. This is an opportunity to help shape the way we engage with managers and employees, influence outcomes before issues escalate, and partner cross-functionally to improve policies, training, and the overall employee experience.

• Solid knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance; familiarity with Canadian legislation is a plus
• You’re known for exercising sound judgment, navigating sensitive situations with care and clarity
• You’re analytical and proficient with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) or similar
• You’re detail-oriented, with a focus on effective documentation and compliance
• You can build credibility quickly with stakeholders and influence with confidence
