Job Summary

The Employee Relations Consultant 2 specializes in team member relations investigations, programs, policies, and procedures with HR and operations managers. This position maintains good communication and positive relationships with managers and the HR Business Services team to promote employee satisfaction.

Essential Functions of the Role

Conducts team member relations investigations to support highly confidential or sensitive issues.Advise team members on TMR matters, including BSWH policies, background check issues, disciplinary complaints, and realignments.Review disciplinary actions and terminations for supervisors, engaging with Field HR and local leadership as needed.Partners with HR managers and others in designing programs by reviewing data analysis and evaluation. Recommends, develops, and implements team member relations programs and initiatives.Develops and recommends training resources for new and designated projects, programs, and initiatives. Assists in delivering TMR training to HR team members and supervisors according to project plans.Steers the efforts to build team member relations capability amongst managers.Ensures consistent application of policies and practices are maintained. Provides support to staff, and ensures consistent practices are applied.Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous manner.

Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships across organizational lines.Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly; both verbally and in writing.General computer skills include using software applications, data entry, information security, electronic medical documentation, handheld scanning, and email.Ability to research, examine and disseminate information.Ability to assist people in recognizing and solving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualificationEXPERIENCE - 4 Years of ExperienceHybrid expectation- 1x a month on-site for meetings
