​Our employees are key ingredients to our success, and the North America Employee Relations team plays a critical role in ensuring that concerns are investigated and addressed timely, policies are updated, and accountability processes are clear and consistent. To accomplish, you will be investigating allegations of HR and/or compliance policy violations, supporting stakeholders with executing the discipline & performance improvement processes; and supporting leader development by providing training on key relevant topics.

How you will contribute

You will:

Conduct timely, thorough, and objective investigations into employee relations and compliance allegations, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations, and other potential HR or Compliance policy violations.

Develop comprehensive investigation plans, including identifying key witnesses, gathering relevant documentation, and conducting interviews.

Prepare detailed and well-written investigation reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

Maintain confidentiality and impartiality throughout the investigation process.

Collaborate closely with Chief Counsel Regional Compliance & Ethics, HR People Leads, Legal Counsel, and business stakeholders to ensure appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation and conflict resolution.

Stay up to date on relevant employment laws and regulations.

Identify trends and patterns in employee relations issues and recommend proactive solutions to prevent future occurrences.

Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on topics such as harassment prevention, conflict resolution, and workplace conduct.

Maintain accurate and organized investigation records.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge with:

Relevant HR/ Employee Relations experience with at least 4+ years of experience conducting employee investigations

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administrations, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations, including Title VII, ADA, and ADEA.

Excellent interviewing, investigation, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to gather and analyze information, draw logical conclusions, and make sound recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, concise, and objective investigation reports.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in US manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods industry a plus

Ability to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership, management, associates and union representatives

Drive for results and customer service orientation 

Project management skills and proactively manage work

Proven track record of performance results meeting multiple deadlines and project priorities

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,790; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
