Job Summary Details:
The Employee Lot Attendant provides a vital link operation of the parking facility. They are called upon daily to exercise a high degree of professionalism as they interact with a wide variety of airport and airline staff and contractors. Ensuring the only access allowed to the secured lot/s are to those displaying the correct credentials. The EPL attendant reports to the manager on duty.
Benefit Information:
• Must be 18 years of age or older • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required • No experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualifications:
• One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Provide informational, baggage and ticket support to passengers at departure and arrival gates • Assist passengers with baggage check-in • Check passengers in for flights and issue tickets to passengers • Confirm the identities of passengers and provide boarding passes • Provide assistance to passengers via phone and in person by scheduling reservations, providing direction or collaborating with other team members or client representatives for assistance • Assist passengers with questions about delayed or lost baggage • Redirect or rebook customers whose flights have either been delayed or canceled • Provide flight updates to passengers waiting for flights • Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers or perform janitorial duties as needed • Follow safety precautions at all times
