• An independent problem solver with good ability to set priorities

• An experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel or Success Factors knowledge is a strong asset  

• Previous experience in the HR and Payroll area would be an asset

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?  

• Provide a wide range of organizational support to the market People & Culture (HR) team and business  

• Performing tasks related to personal data change, salary & wage control and monthly closure  

• Support the processes of hirings/terminations/moves  

• Manage employee benefits, including ongoing analyses  

• Support the process of employee departure, including leave of absence and maternity leave  

• Preparation of documents for organizational changes  

• Support the work of the Absence Management System  

• Support the process of employees awarding  

• Prepare various reports and analyzes for decision-making  

• Participate in P&C (HR) department's projects
