**Employee Health & Wellbeing Lead – Occupational Health (CSEE)**
**Location: Prague, Czech Republic**
**Contract: Full time**
**Overall propose of this role:**
**Join our team in Prague as the Employee Health & Wellbeing Lead (Occupational Health) for CSEE. In this role you’ll help turn our EHW strategy into real, practical programs across one or more J&J sites/countries. You’ll work with business leaders, EMEA subject-matter experts and local stakeholders to build occupational health programs that meet regulatory requirements, deliver measurable outcomes and support a healthy workplace culture.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Act as the local lead to put the EHW strategy into action, focusing on Occupational Health programs and services for one or more sites/countries.**
**Partner with the EHW Leader CSEE, EMEA SMEs, business managers and people leaders to ensure strategic and operational alignment.**
**Translate business needs, legislation and global requirements into clear, local occupational health plans.**
**Lead local occupational health projects from planning through execution.**
**Review health data to identify risks and trends, and coordinate timely responses to crises or critical incidents.**
**Define priorities, close gaps, and work with the EHW Coordinator and stakeholders to make sure things get done consistently and sustainably.**
**Set and monitor KPIs to measure program effectiveness and compliance (especially medical surveillance).**
**Provide clinical guidance on occupational health matters and support crisis management when needed.**
**Manage and optimize vendors, resources and processes to maximize impact and efficiency.**
**Support implementation of local EHW initiatives and act as a backup for the EHW Coordinator and EHW Leader where required.**
**Experience and background:**
**Bachelor’s level in a medical discipline related to Occupational Health or other studies degrees.**
**Have at least 6 years’ professional experience in HR, Occupational Health, Corporate Health Management or a similar area, including hands-on experience running occupational health programs and handling medical incidents.**
**A people-focused partner — you build relationships across levels and cultures, influence with credibility, and enjoy working collaboratively.**
**A clear communicator in both Czech and English (written and spoken).**
**A strategic thinker who can align global standards with local needs and regulations — comfortable managing complexity across functions and countries.**
**Analytical and practical — you can identify gaps, design mitigation plans, and lead execution.**
**Comfortable prioritizing, managing multiple projects and balancing detail with flexible approach.**
**Experienced in project management and compliance-oriented work; crisis management experience is a plus.**
**Confident using Office 365; experience with occupational health or electronic record systems is preferred.**
**Willing to travel nationally or internationally up to 10%.**
