Employee Health Specialist

Your work will enable our teams to thrive as they help patients live healthier and more productive lives. **How you’ll make an impact:** + Act as the first point of contact in the reporting, identifying, and managing employees through the case management and contact tracing process. + Provide employee health-related case management and contact tracing as needed. + Provide recommendations and insights to the Team Leader to continuously improve HR Knowledge Base and Case Management content and provide feedback on business continuity efforts. + Employees can face threats to their health and safety at times (recent examples include severe floods in Valencia and Prague, war in the Middle East, emerging strains of viruses, etc). When these situations occur, time in this job function may increase. Other job functions may be put on hold during such emergencies. + Work with Employee Resource Groups and HR Business leaders as requested on activities that promote health, reduce burnout, and reduce psychosocial hazards in the workplace. + Create end-to-end process documentation, procedures, work instructions, and maintain the Knowledge Base and Case Management content to resolve inquiries. + Develop and analyze data to create health communications (e.g., data on reach, employee engagement); create reports as needed and communicate findings with stakeholders. + Plan and implement health promotion events, workshops, outreach activities as directed by manager or other stakeholders. + Keep and share new knowledge with the team and apply knowledge on the job. + Perform audits, validations, transactions; examine and verify data accuracy and consistency. + Incidental duties as directed by leadership. What you'll need (Required): + University degree in public health, workplace psychology, health promotion or related fields + Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resources, public health, workplace psychology or healthcare setting with relevant experience in managing HR and/or health-related processes. + Fluent English is a must, any other European language is an advantage. What else we look for (Preferred): + Training in Psychological First Aid, Workplace Psychological Safety, or Mental Health First Aid preferred. + Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.) + Proactivity and independence. + Strong communication and presentation skills. + Experience understanding HR enabling technologies (e.g., case management, employee/manager self-service); ServiceNow preferred.
