Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Employee Health RN, you will serve as a critical clinician, safeguarding the well-being of our dedicated staff and fostering a healthy, thriving workplace community through expert assessment and intervention.

Every day you will deliver comprehensive occupational health services, including complex pre-employment screenings, immunizations, acute injury assessment and management, case management, and proactive health education for our employees.

To be successful in this role you will combine advanced clinical expertise with exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills, a compassionate approach, and a proactive commitment to promoting the health and safety of our valued employees, ultimately contributing to a healthier and stronger organization.

Conducts/coordinates health screens on new employees/clients.Administers TB testing (as needed) to all employees/clients according to state regulation and hospital policy.Provides education for employees/clients and assists with in-service programs and health screenings at various locations to include Cooper Clayton Smoking Cessation Classes.Provides immunization program to employees/clients per Employee Health and Wellness policy.Evaluates employees/clients in need of health services and arranges for appropriate treatment or referral.Collaborates on activities to promote and/or maintain employee/client health.

Required

Associates Of Science Nursing and Minimum of two years of nursing experience in OccupationalMedicine, physician office, clinic, or hospital., upon hire orDiploma Of Nursing Nursing, upon hire andRegistered Nurse: KY, upon hire andBasic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
