Responsible for providing assistance to the employee health nurse for the daily operations and functions of employee health services. **Essential Functionsand Responsibilities:** + Administers tuberculosis testing for all employees. Oversees appropriate follow-up of positive results and ensures compliance with OSHA requirements. + Administers vaccines as required by policy.Records all vaccination information in accordance with policy and federal law. + Provides accurate and timely documentation of employee health records; maintains and ensures confidentiality of all employee files. + Provides and assists with fit testing for all employees. + Orders and maintains all necessary supplies for the employee health department. + Responsible for filing all employee health records. + Performs other related job duties as assigned. _Required:_ + _High school diploma or equivalent._ + _Medical assistant certification._ _One year of experience in a medical setting._ + _BLS certification._ _Preferred:_ + _Current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)._ + _Three years of prior work experience in a medical setting._ + _Tuberculosis Skin Test (TST) / Train the Trainer (TTT) certified._
