We will count on you to:

Lead and support client engagements, managing overall service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, and benchmarking.Perform detailed technical reviews of analysis and reporting prepared by junior colleagues, applying group insurance underwriting principles.Develop benefits design and renewal strategies, driving the creation of tools and solutions for complex client issues.Utilize Mercer tools effectively in the development and execution of client strategies.Mentor and coach junior team members on both technical and soft skills.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree.Life Licensed agent in Ontario (or actively working towards obtaining).5+ years of experience in identifying, designing, pricing, recommending, and implementing innovative business solutions for complex health care benefits challenges.

Proven management skills in leading large, complex projects.Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to effectively market organizational strengths.Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple complex tasks in a demanding work environment.Strong technical underwriting skills and knowledge of the Canadian insurance market.
