Employee Experience Senior Manager
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking an Employee Experience Senior Manager to lead our digital experience across HR. This team is responsible for crafting seamless, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences that support employees and managers through their most critical moments—from onboarding and career growth to performance and transitions. You’ll guide a talented team of UX professionals, researchers, design experts and strategists to elevate our digital platforms and tools, ensuring they reflect the needs of our workforce and align with our broader HR transformation goals. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and lead with empathy and innovation, we’d love to meet you. **In this role, you will:** + **Lead with Purpose:** Manage and inspire a team focused on designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences across HR platforms. + **Drive Strategy:** Prioritize and execute on the most impactful employee and manager moments, using data and insights to guide decisions. + **Innovate at Scale:** Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring human-centered design to life across websites, mobile apps, and internal tools. + **Champion Research & Design:** Integrate user research and behavioral insights into every stage of the design process. + **Mitigate Risk:** Ensure compliance and operational excellence while pushing the boundaries of digital innovation. + **Mentor & Develop:** Foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and continuous learning within your team. + **Deliver Results:** Align people and financial resources to meet strategic objectives and deliver measurable impact. **Required Qualifications:** + 6+ years of Website or Application Design experience, digital experience strategy, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 3+ years of management or leadership experience **Desired Qualifications:** + Proven success leading digital transformation initiatives in large organizations. + 3 + years of employee experience. + Experience managing design, UX, or digital product teams. + Deep understanding of employee experience, HR technology, and design thinking. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. + Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. **Job Expectations:** + This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is posted at 550 S 4th S. WT Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC + Ability to travel up to 10% + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. + Relocation assistance is not available for this position. **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
