Employee Experience Intern
We are seeking an Employee Experience Intern for a position located in the Tunis office and reporting to Employee Experience Associate Tunisia. To qualify for this position, candidates must be eligible for a CIVP (Contrat d’Insertion à la Vie Professionnelle).
The ideal candidate must demonstrate great project management skills, have a positive mindset, she/he will be expected to come up with bright and innovative ideas, but also follow processes that are already in place.
What you will be doing:
As an Admin/Employee Experience Intern at JTI Tunisia, you will:
Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning. Assist with internal systems and tools, including tracking and processing documentation, such as invoice submissions and payment follow-ups. Contribute to vendor coordination and office logistics, ensuring service availability and resource readiness. Help organize and support internal events, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives. Collaborate on the planning and follow-up of health & safety, and environmental actions, including reporting and compliance tracking. Support in the preparation and logistics of training, workshops, and onboarding sessions. Provide cross-functional support to various teams, including travel arrangements, reservations, and other operational needs
Requirements
Master's degree in business administration or any related field. Fluent in English, French & Arabic. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong communication and collaboration skills are important. Excellent organization and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle multiple tasks
