A Kforce client is looking for an Employee Engagement in the Miami, FL area. Duties Include: * Plan, coordinate, and support events across all offices: internal celebrations, company-wide parties, team-building activities, and licensor/partner-hosted gatherings * Assist with external events tied to the company's initiatives, driving employee participation in volunteer and philanthropic programs * Support internal trade shows, client meetings, and office events, including food and beverage coordination * Create and maintain a Global Employee Engagement Calendar for alignment across all offices * Collaborate with office managers and Employee Engagement Committee members worldwide to ensure consistent communication and execution of key events * Stay informed on new office openings, coordinating engagement and design support when needed * Manage the Swag Inventory Tracker for branded items (hoodies, T-shirts, notebooks, pens, mugs, etc.) used for new hires, VIP gifts, licensor meetings, and events * Track and replenish inventory for kitchen appliances, office supplies, seasonal decor, and year-round office needs
